Tennis by Sea began with a simple idea: pair two things we love — tennis and the Blue Voyage (opens in a new tab) — into a single, unhurried holiday. We're a small, Bodrum-based team that plans and runs private, crewed yacht trips built around the best courts, coastlines, and experiences the region has to offer.
Our story
Tennis by Sea started as a vision about how a tennis vacation can be better. Does a tennis trip have to be bound to a single resort or hotel? Does it mean dealing with cabs or being stuck in traffic during valuable leisure time? Can the whole experience be less scripted and more rewarding overall?
We wanted mornings on clay, afternoons on the water, and evenings that could go any direction — decided by the group, not a brochure.

Why Bodrum
Bodrum sits at the meeting point of everything a tennis-and-boat trip needs — dozens of well-kept courts within a few kilometers of the shore, sheltered anchorages, historic streets, and some of the best seafood on the coast. Few places let you go from a clay court rally to a swim stop in the same morning.
It's also where we live and play. Every court and every anchor point we recommend has been visited, vetted, and are places we personally spend time regularly as residents.
Tennis, the way it should feel
We're not interested in turning a holiday into a training camp. Sessions are informal, courts are chosen for character as much as condition, and the schedule always leaves room to skip a set for a swim. Every group and skill level is welcome — this is a trip built around the game you actually want to play.

Every voyage is planned directly with our team — no call center, no templated packages. We handle the yacht, the courts, the waypoints, and the small local details that make a trip feel looked-after and serendipitous rather than scripted according to a regimen.
